Dane A. Miller, Ph.D. Dr. Miller has served, since its inception in 1978, as president and CEO Biomet, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of products for hip replacement, knee replacement, shoulder replacement, elbow replacement, and other small joint replacement. Current board positions include: Board of Directors, University of Chicago Hospital, Board of Directors, Association of Publicly Traded Companies, and Chairman, Industry Council for the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering. Dane has published and presented his work in dozens of publications and conferences on many subjects in science, medicine and business. He has also testified before several Congressional Sub-committees and workshops on similar subjects. Dane is married to Mary Louise (Schilke) Miller, has two children, two grandsons and two granddaughters. Back
