Mr. Fashek serves as Vice Chairman of the WCF Board of Trustees. He is also the Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Systagenix Wound Management. Systagenix represents key advance wound care dressings and biologics throughout the world. Previously, Mr. Fashek served as President and Vice Chairman of Kinetic Concepts, Inc (KCI) USA, which is a $1.0 billion plus business in the wound care category. Prior to that, Mr. Fashek managed businesses in the pharmaceutical and consumer product markets. Mr. Fashek currently serves as an advisory board member of IDN Summit, Vice Chairman of the World Craniofacial Foundation, the Catholic Community Foundation of San Antonio and other commercial and charitable boards. Mr. Fashek has an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA from Upsala College.
Chris is married to his life partner, Christine, and they have two grown daughters living in New York City.
